No field: check account age and location

For an account already created, the documented code location is Settings → Offers. If more than 24 hours have passed since creation, Stake says the code cannot be entered. If the account is younger, check whether you supplied an affiliate code during signup and ask support to confirm its status if needed.

Rejected entry: check the text and preserve the message

Do not assume every rejection has the same cause. A spelling check can remove an input mistake, but it cannot establish account eligibility or override the documented timing rule.

Code attached but no $10: identify the promotion
